Ember & Bloom started in a garage with a hand-crank roaster and an obsession with getting the perfect medium roast. Five years later, that obsession hasn't faded — it's only deepened.
We source single-origin beans from small farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. Every batch is roasted in-house, every cup pulled by hand. No shortcuts. No compromises.
